Authentic Texas Longhorn skulls and polished horns, processed and finished by us in our workshop at Leahton Park. Each piece is clean, odour free, professionally prepared, and completely one of a kind.

We breed Texas Longhorn cattle and offer genuine bleached Longhorn skulls and polished horns sourced from our own herd and carefully selected stock.

Every piece is processed entirely by us — from cleaning and bleaching through to polishing, finishing, mounting, and leatherwork.

Whether displayed in a house, homestead, office, restaurant, boardroom, lodge, man cave, or above a fireplace, these authentic Longhorn pieces create a striking Western feature.

Our Processing & Finishing Methods

Polished Horns

Each set of horns is carefully prepared and hand-polished to reveal the rich natural colours, patterns, and character within the horn.

We do not apply lacquers or artificial finishes. Instead, we enhance and preserve the horn’s natural beauty by fine polishing.

Bleached Skulls

Our skulls undergo an extensive cleaning process over several weeks.

Each skull is thoroughly cleaned, pressure washed, and professionally whitened to achieve the classic natural bone appearance associated with Western décor.

Once complete, the skull is sealed with a protective satin finish to help preserve the bone while maintaining a realistic natural look.

Skull Mounting

For complete skull displays, the polished horns are refitted to the skull and securely fixed in place.

Each skull is fitted with a strong hanging loop on the rear for simple and secure wall mounting.

Traditional Horn Board Mounts

Our horn mounts are produced using a traditional Western mounting style commonly seen throughout ranches, lodges, saloons, and homesteads.

The horns are fitted to a custom-shaped centre block designed to sit naturally between the horn bases. This centre section is covered in genuine cowhide, while the trim is finished with either hand-tooled leather or double-stitched hide.

The completed mount is attached to a matching backing board and fitted with a secure flat 'hidden' hanging bracket.
